I wrote a 5,000 word essay explaining the decision and our product vision Highlights below 👇 https://t.co/vYdTlAjuJb ([View Tweet](https://twitter.com/deadly_onion/status/1435717652899631107)) - @readwiseio First, what is this reading app? Right now, it's basically a next generation read-it-later app. If you've used Instapaper or Pocket, it's like those except it's designed to handle modern content types and it's intended for power users. Most requests at this point involve the reading apps upstream from us. We're tired of telling our users, "Tough luck, there's nothing more we can do." But this only scratches the surface of what should be possible with software-augmented reading. ([View Tweet](https://twitter.com/deadly_onion/status/1435721692236722185))
