([Location 230](https://readwise.io/to_kindle?action=open&asin=B00BM8HQLK&location=230)) - When it comes to selling them, what’s important is having something different.  Do something that few others are doing - or do it in a different way - and have the equipment to not only capture the image with extraordinary detail, but also be able to print it out in a large format with clarity. ([Location 242](https://readwise.io/to_kindle?action=open&asin=B00BM8HQLK&location=242)) - some online research and found a place called PictureFrames.com. ([Location 260](https://readwise.io/to_kindle?action=open&asin=B00BM8HQLK&location=260)) - also use a Faber Castell Pitt Artist Pen for my 16 x 20’s.  It’s acid-free ink and draws a nice thin line.  You can get it at ArtSuppliesOnline.com. ([Location 377](https://readwise.io/to_kindle?action=open&asin=B00BM8HQLK&location=377)) - found a good pen for signing the image itself is a Sharpie Paint, for a thicker line, or a Sharpie Permanent Maker, for fine point.  They come in many colors and are available at: ArtSuppliesOnline.com ([Location 380](https://readwise.io/to_kindle?action=open&asin=B00BM8HQLK&location=380)) - There is such a thing as too big, but if the image is of a decent size – over 10x14 – then the mat border should be over 4 inches.  For a 5x7 print, a 1.5” width border adds up to an 8x10 mat/frame.   Perfect.  And it looks good.  For a standard 16x20 mat/frame size, I prefer at least a 3” mat border width, so your image should be no larger than 10x14. ([Location 390](https://readwise.io/to_kindle?action=open&asin=B00BM8HQLK&location=390)) - I, personally, use Documounts.com for mats and mounting boards, and other supplies.  For my work, Alpharag Solid Core, 4-Ply, Pure White Mat, with a ¼” set back looks best.  It’s the brightest, cleanest, look.  These mats are about $10 apiece, in a quantity of 25, plus tax and shipping.
