Competent team members not only meet expectations in their specific tasks but also continuously strive to improve their abilities and adapt to new challenges, ensuring they can contribute meaningfully to the team’s success.
3. **Chemistry: Enhances Relationships and Collaboration.** Chemistry reflects the ability of a team member to connect and collaborate well with others. It involves emotional intelligence, empathy, and a positive attitude. Team members with good chemistry foster strong relationships, resolve conflicts constructively, and enhance the overall dynamics and morale of the group.
